Garlicky Green Beans with Scapes

3 Tablesoons Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons Butter

1 Cup Scapes cut in 3" pieces 

1 LB of Fresh green Beans

4 Cloves Garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Trim Green Bean and cut in half, set aside with Scapes.  Melt Butter with Olive Oil in skillet.  Add Garlic and cook till soft.  Add beans and Scapes cover and cook till tender mixing frequently, salt and pepper to taste.  Cook about 12-15 minutes.

About 4-5 servings.
